DESIGN SERVICES We offer in house design services for your project, whether it is an addition, remodel or a new home. We will work to meld your ideas with our experience, to create a design, working drawings and specifications for your project. When working with a design-builder, it means you only have one person to deal with, which can reduce both the fees and time involved, thus streamlining the process. If you already have an architect or designer, we are happy to work with them and you on your project. With strong hands-on knowledge of green building and many years of experience in design, we will bring a positive element to the project team.
