COMPANY INFORMATION Creswell & Company is leading the green building revolution in our area. Our most recent home, the Koenig residence in Limerick township, has received a LEED for homes Platinum certification from the USGBC. It has a HERS rating of 24, on a scale from 100 - 0 (0 being the goal for 2030 energy use). On this scale, the Koenig house is 15 years ahead of its time, but we built it in 2008. We aren't just talking about green building, we are doing it! Our buildings perform in the top tier on a national level, and this has been tested and proven by independent third-party raters. We have always, and will continue to utilize local, natural and non-toxic materials, reduce and eliminate waste, and build with a strong emphasis on health, durability and energy conservation. Based in Parkerford, PA we work within a 40 mile radius in order to minimize our carbon footprint and support our local economy. We are organized as a group of individual experts and firms who have diverse specialties, and are brought to the project and overseen by Brian Creswell.
